3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes

The best way to start the weekend.. These are so easy and quick to make.  Also they’re less than 300 calories. Worth a try!



1 banana

2 eggs

1 tbsp PB2

Optional additions: chocolate chips, protein powder, cinnamon, walnuts, syrup



I used a Nutribullet to mix up my ingredients, but you can use a blender or just mix everything in a bowl. Spray a pan lightly with non stick spray and add pancake mix.  Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with bananas or any other additional toppings!
