Here’s my basic guac recipe! It’s super easy and quick. You can also add any extra toppings you want like corn or jalapeños. Avocados are a great source of healthy fat! They also contain dietary fiber and vitamin C. I also love Tostitos multigrain chips with this (although they have no nutritional benefit), but a must-try. Enjoy!
Ingredients
3 avocados, mashed
1 tomato, diced
1/4 onion, diced
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Directions
Mash avocados and then combine all ingredients. Other optional toppings are things like corn, black beans, and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips or add to something like a taco!
