Overnight oats are such a great way to save time in the morning. You can throw it together quickly and it’ll be ready for you when you wake up! Oatmeal is a great whole grain and will keep you full for a while. If I’m not starting my day with eggs and sweet potato, this is my go-to.
1/2 cup old fashioned (or quick) oats
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
* Optional Ingredients: protein powder, peanut butter, almonds, dried cranberries, banana
Combine all ingredients and mix together.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning, warm or cold!
