1/2 cup old fashioned (or quick) oats
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 tsp cinnamon
* Optional Ingredients: protein powder, peanut butter, almonds, dried cranberries, banana, walnuts
Combine all ingredients and mix together.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning, warm or cold!
