Some people feel like they don’t have time to cook healthy meals. This is SO easy and SO quick. Prep time was 5-10 minutes. All you have to do is throw everything in the slow cooker before you go to work and you will come home to a delicious smelling house and healthy food that is ready to eat! HIGHLY recommend. On top of that I would suggest buying slow cooker liners, which will save you even more time by not having to clean it. HIGHLY recommend.
- 1lb chicken breasts
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp garlic
- Garlic and Herb Mrs. Dash
Turn slow cooker on high. Lightly spray the liner (or inside of slow cooker) with non stick cooking spray. Add a layer of sweet potato, onion, garlic, and Mrs. Dash on the bottom. Top with chicken breasts. Add more seasoning. Continue layering until all ingredients are in slow cooker. Cook on high for ~4 hours or until chicken is fully cooked. Shred chicken with a fork and serve.
