Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground turkey

1 bell pepper, finely diced

1/2 onion, finely diced

1/2 zucchini, peeled & finely diced

1/2 cup spinach, chopped

2 tbsp Chili Lime seasoning

Optional: Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix well

Divide into 8 patties
-
Place on saute pan and cook on medium heat for ~15 minutes, flipping halfway through until temperature reaches 165 degrees for 15 seconds

Enjoy with hummus, dip of choice, or on a roll
