FroYo Bark:
A great healthy treat for any occasion. Delicious and versatile!
INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
– 1/2 cup berries (frozen or fresh)
– 1/4 cup granola/nuts/seeds of choice
– 2 tbsp cacao nibs
– 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
– Any other toppings of choice
* Can add stevia to yogurt for sweetness
DIRECTIONS:
– Line baking sheet with parchment paper
– Spread yogurt ~1/4 in thick on paper
– Add toppings
– Freeze at least 3 hours, preferably overnight
– Cut up into pieces
