Cauliflower Fried Rice



  • Add oil to pan on medium heat
  • Add frozen chickpea burgers
  • Cook 1-2 minutes each side, moving them around to make sure they don’t burn
  • Add half or whole bag of frozen cauliflower mix
  • Continue sauteing ~2 minutes and break up chickpea burgers
  • Push ingredients in pan to the side, add 1 egg
  • Scramble in pan and cook ~1-2 minutes
  • Mix everything together
  • Add liquid aminos
  • Enjoy!
