Ingredients
- ½ cup quaker oats
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- ½ cup chopped apples (unpeeled)
- 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 oz walnuts
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in mason jar or Tupperware
- Let sit overnight or 3-4 hours
- Enjoy cold or heated
