Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken

I came home from class last week and just felt like cooking up a whole chicken.. cause why not?!  Not only does it make the house smell delicious, it’s so easy to make and then you have leftovers for the week.  Also, this is a great way to save money while eating healthy.  This only cost me $5-6 with enough chicken to last the week, … Continue reading Roasted Lemon Garlic Chicken

Here’s to the happiest season of the year 🍁
My FAVORITE soup recipe. So happy soup season is here (except it’s going to be 80ish the next few days in NH 😂)

On a scale of 1-10, how confident are you that you can achieve your goal? If you’re less than a 5, it may be time to re-evaluate how realistic your goals are OR start to build more confidence in yourself 👏🏼 It’s highly unlikely you’ll get there if YOU don’t believe you will.
Just a little bit of a throwback since this was 2 years ago almost to the day! Finishing up my dietetic internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center! 👏🏼

Being positive isn't always as easy as it sounds, especially during times like this. Do your best to recognize negative thoughts as they come to you, dismiss them, and make it into something positive. Have you tried this before? #thoughtwork is SUCH an interesting practice to me and it's incredible how much it can improve your day-to-day life. It makes everything better! But it certainly does take practice.
New Hampshire is WILD when it comes to weather. Over the past week or two we’ve had 70 degree weather, rain, and then SNOW this morning. Now, this afternoon it’s back to 45 and sunny 🤔
