Apple Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients ½ cup quaker oats ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk ½ cup chopped apples (unpeeled) 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 oz walnuts Directions Combine all ingredients in mason jar or Tupperware Let sit overnight or 3-4 hours Enjoy cold or heated
Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients 1/2 cup old fashioned (or quick) oats 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 2 tsp cinnamon * Optional Ingredients: protein powder, peanut butter, almonds, dried cranberries, banana, walnuts Directions Combine all ingredients and mix together. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning, warm or cold!
