Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup quaker oats
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • ½ cup chopped apples (unpeeled)
  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 oz walnuts

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in mason jar or Tupperware
  2. Let sit overnight or 3-4 hours
  3. Enjoy cold or heated
