
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 15.5oz can chickpeas/garbanzos
- ΒΌ cup veggie broth
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender
- Blend until smooth
- Serve with raw veggies, crackers, on a sandwich/wrap, etc.
