Garlic & Herb Hummus


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 15.5oz can chickpeas/garbanzos
  • ¼ cup veggie broth
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp black pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve with raw veggies, crackers, on a sandwich/wrap, etc.
