Fresh Easy Guac

Here’s my basic guac recipe! It’s super easy and quick.  You can also add any extra toppings you want like corn or jalapeños.  Avocados are a great source of healthy fat!  They also contain dietary fiber and vitamin C.  I also love Tostitos multigrain chips with this (although they have no nutritional benefit), but a must-try.  Enjoy! Ingredients 1 large sweet potato, cut into thin sticks 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp pepper Directions Preheat oven to 400.
